高职院校工学结合模式实现双赢的对策——基于机电专业工学结合的思考和实践

摘　　要：高职院校工学结合人才培养模式可以将学校的教学资源和企业的生产资源有机整合,实现学生综合素质的提高,企业也能在技改、产品升级和企业形象等方面得到提升。工学结合需要校企双方相互沟通,找准合作的切入点,在人才培养方案制定、教学计划、考核方式以及政策支持等方面开展工作,最大限度地实现双赢。The work-integrated learning mode in higher vocational colleges can integrate the teaching resources of school and production resources of the enterprise to achieve the enhancement of the students＇ qualifications and the improvement of enterprises＇ technical reform,products updating as well as company＇s image.It＇s necessary for the school and enterprise to communicate and find the key points for work-integrated learning mode.And they can achieve optimal win-win situation in setting talent training plan,teaching plan,evaluation method,policy support and etc.
