摘　　要：从人力资本的视角,以海大集团股份有限公司为例,研究其"全流程服务模式"构建过程中人力资源实践,通过提升服务营销团队的人力资本专用性,探讨其高绩效组织的核心竞争力。From the perspective of human capital,this article systemically studies the human resource practices of HaiDa Group during the construction of the whole-procedure service mode.Using a standardized case study method,we explore the core competency of a high performance organization through the improvement of human capital specificity in a service marketing team.
