摘 要:采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC-MS)技术分析测定了5个品种荷花中的挥发性成分。考察了不同萃取头和萃取温度对荷花挥发性成分萃取的影响,选用65μm PDMS/DVB SPME萃取头和25℃室温萃取荷花中的挥发性成分得到较好的萃取效果。应用峰面积归一化法测定各挥发性成分的相对含量,5个品种共鉴定出74种挥发性成分,主要为烷烃类、烯烃类和醇类物质,占总峰面积的90%以上。5个品种主要的挥发性成分类似,但其种类和含量均存在差异,其中洪湖红莲含量最高的是4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-,双环[3.1.0]己烷,黄牡丹含量最高的为β-水芹烯,另外3个品种含量最高的均为十五烷。Volatile components from the petals of Nelumbo nucifera in five varieties,"Honghuhonglian","Hongwanwan","Hongmudan","Baiwanwan" and "Huangmudan",were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction(SPME) combined with GC-MS.The effects of different SPME fibers and extract temperature on the extraction were investigated.The results demonstrated that selection of 65 μm PDMS/DVB fibre and room temperature of 25 ℃ in extracting the volatile components from the petals of Nelumbo nucifera exhibited good extraction effect.The contents of the volatile constituents were determined by peak area normalization method,a total of 74 compounds were identified in five varieties,which were mainly made up of alkanes,alkenes and alcohols,and their contents exceeded 90%.Compared with the volatile constituents of five kinds of Nelumbo nucifera,it showed that the composition of the volatile components in the five varieties was different,but the main components were similar.Among them,the highest content components of "Honghuhonglian" and "Huangmudan" were 4-methylene-1-(1-methylethyl)-Bicyclohexane and β-phellandrene,respectively,while the highest content component of other three varieties was pentadecane.This method is rapid and accurate,and provides theoretical foundation for further development and use of the Nelumbo nucifera resources.
