摘 要:对采自黑龙江省的K9、金红、铃铛、龙丰苹果以及种植于陕西省的嘎啦苹果的基本品质指标(密度、VC含量、总酸含量、可溶性固形物含量、果肉色值)进行了测定,对比黑龙江苹果与嘎啦苹果品质的差异,了解产自黑龙江苹果的品质特性,为寒地中小型苹果品种选育标准评价体系的研究和建立提供基本资料,并为其在生产中的应用提供参考。结果表明,K9、铃铛、金红的VC含量以及总酸含量均显著高于嘎啦;可溶性固形物含量的顺序为K9、龙丰高于嘎啦,铃铛、金红小于嘎啦;铃铛、金红的红值和黄值均较高,嘎啦和金红红值差异不显著,嘎啦和K9红值差异显著。The basic quality indicators (density, VC content, total acid content, soluble solids content, flesh color values) of K9, Golden red, Bell, Lung Fung, collected from Heilongjiang, and Gala apple, planted in Shaanxi, are determined. Quality comparison between apples from Heilongjiang and Gala apple are made to understand the unique qualities of apples produced in Heilongjiang, to provide basic information to study and build up standard breeding evaluation system of small and medium sized apple in cold area, and provide reference for their application in production. The results show that VC content and total acid content of Kg, Bell and Golden red are significantly higher than that of Gala apple, soluble solids content of K9 and Lung Fung are higher than that of Gala apple while Bell, Golden red are less than Gala apple, the red and yellow values of flesh of Bell, Golden red are higher, the difference of red values between Gala apple and Golden red are not significant, while the red values of Gala apple and K9 are significantly different.
