摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出要"创新和完善农村教师补充机制"。创新和完善农村教师补充机制,提高农村中小学教师队伍整体素质,必须首先重视和加强农村中小学教师的职前培养工作,充分认识加强农村教师职前培养和补充的客观要求,认真分析影响农村教师职前培养和补充方面所存在的问题,提出创新和完善农村教师补充机制、提高农村教师职前培养质量的策略和建议。Outline of Chinese National Long-term Education supply mechanism of innovating and perfecting the teachers Reform and Development Program puts forward "the in rural areas". To implement this mechanism and improve the ovral quality of primary and secondary teachers in the rural areas, we must realize the objective requirement of strenghtening pre-service training and supply, ananlyze the existing problems of pre-service training and supply, advancing the mechanism of innovating and perfecting teacher supply in the rural areas and putting forward the strategies and recomendations of improving the training quality.
