摘 要:目的:了解该院护士参与继续教育的学习动机,为推动继续教育的开展提供理论依据。方法:运用教育参与量表(EPS)对该院373名护士进行问卷调查。结果:该院护士参与继续教育的学习动机总体均分为(2.18±0.52)分,7个维度中"提高工作水平"维度评分最高,为(2.62±0.62)分,"社会刺激"维度评分最低,为(1.63±0.50)分。年龄、婚姻、职称和健康状况对学习动机有影响(P<0.05)。结论:该院护士参与继续教育的学习动机处于中等水平。继续教育管理部门仍需加强对社会刺激方面的管理,并对不同年龄、婚姻、职称和健康状况的护士进行针对性的干预,提高护士参与继续教育的主动性。Objective:To describe nurses'learning motivation in participating in continuing nursing education. Methods: By stratified sampling, totally 373 nurses from a provincial central hospital were selected to complete Education Participation Scale (EPS). Results: The average score of the scale was 2.18±0.52. Among the scores of 7 dimensions, the professional advancement was the highest (2.62±0.62),and the social stimulation was the lowest(1.63±0.50). Age, marriage,professional title, and health status had influence on learning motivation.Conclusion: Nurses'learning motivation is at mid-level. Nursing managers should enhance the management of social stimulation and take different measures to motivate nurses with different age,marriage status, professional title,and health status.
