医学高专临床教师教学技能培训需求调查

摘　　要：为了解医学高专临床教学基地教师对教学基本技能知识培训需求状况，采用自编的临床教学基地教师情况调查表，对临床教学基地临床医学专业授课教师进行了调查，结果显示不同年龄、不同职称层次教师对教学技能知识培训的需求各有侧重，据此提出培养建议，旨在提高临床教学基地教师的教学水平。To understand the higher medical clinical teaching base teachers＇ demand for the training of basic teaching skills, we use our self-made questionaire to make a survey on teachers of speciahy and the result shows that the trachers of different age and different technical post title have different demand. We thus put forward some suggestions to enhance the clinical teaching base teachers＇ teaching level.
