摘　　要：近30年来,我国基于教师团队组织的教师道德成长经验有:20世纪80年代,着重于师德教育和个人修养,兼及教师榜样示范的影响;20世纪90年代,着力于管理制度建设,强调教师群体互动的作用;21世纪前10年,着眼于教育教学改进,突出教师团队合作的功能。Historical viewing recent thirty years since the Reform and Opening-up, the experiences of teachers ethic development based on teacher team organization in our country include： during the 80s of 20th century, emphasis on teachers moral education and individual cultivation , also on the influence of model demonstration; during the 90s of 20th century , focus on administrative system construction, and on capability of gruup interaction; during the 10s of 21th century, viewing on education improvement, and strengthening the function of the teacher＇s cooperation.
