摘 要:教育惩罚不能产生预期成效的原因,主要在于一些教师对教育惩罚的内涵、机制和惩罚者角色等的认知比较模糊。基于教育独立性的思考,本文提出教育惩罚是学生有意义学习的重要组成部分,其内涵和机制以尊重生命的自主发展为前提,还承载着道德教育诉求,教师在教育惩罚中扮演着平等参与者、专业监督者和反思学习者等角色。Teachers punishment can't produce the effect of education lies in confusing education punishment with the general sense of social punishment, and the educational activities were regarded as social practice of production and to neglect that education and social punishment are essential differences on purpose, mechanisms and the role of the punishment. Based on the view of the independence of education punishment, it is believed that punishment is an important part for students" useful learning. The implication and mechanism of punishment takes to respect independent development of the life as a precondition, and it still bears the appeal of moral education. Therefore, teachers of punishment education play the complex roles of an equal participant, professional supervisors and reflective learners
