摘 要:根据病理生理学的特点,实施以病例讨论为主导的教学模式,包括以病例为基础、问题为引导的理论授课,以心力衰竭为专题的问题导向式学习,网上病例分析和临床专家的专题讲座,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力,培养了学生自主学习和终身学习的能力,有助于学生素质的全面提高.Based on the characteristics of pathophysiology, various forms of case discussion teaching reform were carried out, including case-based and problem-oriented theory teaching, problem-based learning (PBL) on the topic of heart failure, online case analysis, and seminars instructed by clinical experts. All these reforms provoked students' interests in learning, promoted their abilities to analyze and solve problem, cultivated their independent and lifelong learning abilities, and raised their overall quality.
