摘　　要：通过对甘肃民族师范学院教育实习成绩的考核评价过程进行研究,从考核主体的多元化、考核指标的全程化、考核内容的全面化、考核要求的严格化和考核成绩评定的数量化五个方面对实习成绩考核评价模式进行了探索,以期优化、量化、公正化实习成绩的考核,提高实习成绩考核的可信度,进而提高教育实习质量。based on our practice of education evaluation results are studied,and the process of examination and appraisal index of di-versification,the comprehensive evaluation content,evaluation and assessment of the strict requirement of quantitative evaluation of practice results in five aspects explored the model evaluation,in order to optimize and quantitative evaluation results GongZhengHua practice,practice,improve the credibility of the performance appraisal,and improve the quality of education practice.
