浅谈高职英语实施弹性学制和学分制改革

摘　　要：随着高等教育的发展,高职英语的弹性学制和学分制改革,已经成为高职高专教育领域改革研究的热门话题。学分制以其因材施教、培养多样化人才等优点被各国的高等教育采纳。学分制充分调动了学生学习的主动性和创造性,这对改变我国僵化死板的教育体制、促进每个学生的个性化发展、推动全面的素质教育具有积极意义。目前,我国一些高等院校正积极推进学分制的改革,同时进行着学分制改革的实验。但高职高专英语专业对其的认识仍然处于浅层水平,对学分制进行深层次的研究和探索,是一项很重要也很必要的工作。旨在对实行弹性学分制的优势与存在的问题进行分析,以期对高等教育改革有所帮助。With the development of higher education,reform of the flexible educational system and the credit system in higher vocational colleges has become a hot topic.The advantages of credit system is obvious for the students to promote the development of individuality.But the level of flexible credit system in vocational colleges is still low.It is imperative to study the credit system in depth and to promote it further development.This paper aims to analyze the advantages and problems of the flexible credit system and the problems.
