摘  要:目的分析重症医学专科护士培训班学员对情景体验式教学的评价,找出此教学方式存在的问题。方法在贵州省第3期重症医学专科护士培训中采用情景体验式教学,用问卷调查学员对该教学形式的评价。结果培训后,学员对情景体验式教学的知晓率达100%;88%以上的学员认为指导老师对教学过程有帮助;此教学形式提高了学员多项能力,93%学员认为团结协作能力得到提高,98%认为教育指导能力得到提高。结论运用情景体验式教学培训重症医学专科护士,能提高学员多项临床能力和教学能力,但有关该教学形式的学时安排、课程设置及效果评价还有待于进一步的研究。Objective To evaluate scene experience teaching and to identify problems existing in it.Methods Scene experience teaching was applied in the Third Intensive Care Training for Specialized Nurses and a questionnaire was employed for the evaluation of the teaching methods.Results Nurse's awareness of scene experience teaching reached 100% after training.More than 88% of the interviewees regarded that teachers were helpful in the teaching process.Nurses' capabilities such as cooperation,education capacity were improved.Conclusion With scene experience teaching,clinical competence and teaching ability of nurses are improved,but teaching time arrangement,curriculum and its evaluation need further study.
