摘  要:教师流动已是当今教育界的热点话题,但目前多数学者关注的是教师流动所存在的问题及带来的不良影响,而对教师流动与教师专业发展之关系的论述很少。文章将教师流动分为自主型流动、政策援助型流动和区域内走教型流动三种形式,并分析了应然层面上各类型教师流动在促进教师专业发展方面所起的作用,厘清了实然层面上阻碍流动教师专业发展的因素。The teachers'movement has become a hot issue in today's educational field.But untill now,most educators are concerned more about the existing problems and its bad effects,and there is less paper written about the relationship between teachers' movement and teachers'development.This paper points out that there are three types of the teachers' movement: self-determinated movement,policy supported movement and inner-region movement.On the base above,the article probes the functions of every type movement acted in promoting teachers'development and puts forward factors blocking teachers' movement in practical way.
