摘　　要：加强高职生与人交流能力训练,是学生日常需要、顺应就业形势变化及用人单位条件的需要,也具有促进理论研究的意义。在训练实践中,可以遵循原则,依据教学目标和内容的不同,选择不同的"行动导向教学"方法。Strengthening on the communication ability training in higher vocational colleges,is the daily needs of students,the needs of adapting to the changes of the employment situation and the Recruitment,also the promotion on the theory research.The training can be based on different principles,teaching objectives and contents to choose different ＂Action-oriented Teaching＂ methods.
