区域高职教育资源发展中存在的问题与对策研究——以辽宁为个案

摘　　要：分析了高等职业教育资源面临的问题,即资源总量不足、资源区域发展不平衡、资源配置机制尚需进一步完善、学术力量在高等职业教育资源配置中发挥的作用不强等。认为进一步优化高等职业教育资源发展,就应转变政府的职能,加强高职教育资源的宏观调控;加强政府投入,鼓励民间办学;科学准确定位,推进特色发展;加强师资队伍建设,通过各种措施建设一支高素质的师资队伍,尤其是"双师型"的队伍建设等。The problems of higher vocational education resource are analyzed： total lack of resources,unbalanced regional resource development,resource allocation mechanism needs further improvement and the role of academic strength in the higher vocational education is not strong.It is pointed out that in order to optimize higher vocational education resource,we should transfer the functions of the government,enhance the macrocontrol of vocational education,reinforce the government investment and encourage private schools,position accurately and scientifically and improve the specific development,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and build a high qualified teaching staff through kinds of measures,especially the construction of ＂double teacher type＂.
