摘　　要：首先从高校教师个人主页系统建设的重要性和必要性两个方面分析了基于Web文本挖掘的高校教师个人主页系统建设的迫切需求,然后从体系架构、功能模块、关键技术等方面论述了基于Web文本挖掘的高校教师个人主页系统的设计与实现。This paper elaborates the importance and necessity of building college teachers＇ personal homepage,and then analyzes the urgency of building college teachers＇ personal homepage on the basis of web text mining.Finally,the paper expounds the design and implement of the system from such aspects of architecture,function module and key technologies.
