摘 要:为实现面向能力的人才培养,本文在CDIO工程教育理论的指导下,构建了以"课程实训→项目实训→企业实训→企业实习"为主线的软件工程实践教学体系,建立了"学习—实践—再学习—再实践"的工程能力渐进培养的实践教学模式和集"计划、实施、检查、反馈"为一体的实践教学质量监控体系,在北京交通大学软件学院的教学实践中取得了显著的效果。For the purpose to realize ability-oriented education,under the guidance of CDIO engineering education theory,the paper constructs the practical teaching system of software engineering which takes "Practice in Course→Practice in Project→Training in Company→Practice in Company" as the main line,establishes the practical teaching pattern of "Learn-Practice-Further Study-and then Practice" to progressively nurture engineering ability and quality control system for practical teaching which combines "Planning,Implementation,Inspection,Feedback" as a whole.The distinctive results have been achieved in practical teaching in the school of software engineering,Beijing Jiaotong University.
