体育院校建构学习型校园的思考

摘　　要：体育院校建构学习型校园,是学习型社会的必然趋势、高等教育发展的内在要求、增强核心竞争力的客观需要、提高师生自身素质的必然选择。它包括4个层面:学习型党组织建设、学习型干部队伍建设、学习型教师队伍建设、学生学风建设。结合武汉体育学院建设学习型校园的实践,提出体育院校建构学习型校园的基本路径。The construction of lifelong learning campus of institutes and universities is the necessity for a lifelong learning society and the higher education.It is also the key to the enhancement of core competitiveness and the improvement of both the teachers and the students.It includes emphasis on learning-oriented CCP organizations,lifelong learning administrators and staff,and students with good learning habit.In this paper,ways of how to construct lifelong learning campus are put forward in the light of the example of Wuhan Institute of P.E.
