摘  要:经济全球化促进了人才的国际流动,同时也导致人才标准的国际化。中国职业教育必须适应新形势,在人才培养方面与国内外的经济发展需求深度结合,依托国内产业转型升级的发展现实,积极探索产学研合作新模式。国内高职院校应从人才培养目标国际化、人才培养过程国际化以及人才培养机制国际化等方面来构建国际高技能应用型人才的培养和教育体系,促进国际高技能应用型人才的培养。Economic globalization has promoted the international movement of talents,and also led to the internationalization of talents standards.China's vocational education must adapt to the new situations and deeply integrate with the needs of economic development at home and abroad in terms of talents training.Relying on the development of domestic industrial transformation and upgrading,China's vocational education has to actively research the new models of teaching-research-production cooperative education.The domestic high vocational education should construct the training and education system of international high-skilled practical talents in terms of the internationalization of talents training objectives,process and mechanism,in order to promote the training of international high-skilled practical talents.
