摘　　要：通过问卷、访谈等方式对宁波市城乡中小学幼儿园教师进行整群抽样调查,从基础教育学校一线教师的视角,反映教师培养、任用、培训和考核等管理环节中政策制度对教师发展的作用,为政府和学校改进政策制度对教师专业发展的影响提供借鉴。The report was based on interviewing basic education school teachers and gathering questionnaire and using cluster and stratified sampling method.From the teachers＇ perspective,the report illustrates how policy plays its role in teachers＇ development,including teachers＇ cultivation,appointment,training and assessment,which hopes to provide information for government and schools to improve policies and advance teachers＇ professional development.
