摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校培养学生必经的综合性环节,对培养学生综合职业能力至关重要。通过对学生顶岗实习的基本要求以及顶岗实习管理中的问题分析,提出了创新办学体制、加大投入力度、创新制度文件、建立考评体系、完善管理机制以及政行企校联动等加强顶岗实习管理的有效对策。post internship is a necessary and comprehensive link in the process of talents training in higher vocational colleges,and it is significant for cultivating the students＇ comprehensive professional abilities.According to the basic requirements for post internship in higher vocational colleges and the analysis of the problems in its management,the paper proposes the following effective countermeasures： innovation of school-running system,giving more focus,innovation of system documents,establishing evaluation system,perfecting management mechanism and enhancing government,school-enterprise cooperation.
