摘　　要：内部学习动力的激发是学生学习动力形成的根本性要素,认清内部学习动力的构成要素以及其运行的规律是解决学习动力问题的首要任务。通过学习需要的形成、学习动机的激发、学习信念和意志的培养以及学习目标的确定,是五年制高职内部学习动力激发的基本策略。Stimulating the internal motive power of students＇ learning is the fundamental elements of motive power of students＇ learning,So recognizing the composition elements of internal motive power of students＇ learning and its operation rule is the primary task to solve the problem of the motive power of five-year higher vocational students.
