摘  要:高校师德建设是调动教师积极性,提高教师队伍素质,培养社会主义现代化建设需要的德才兼备人才的关键。新时期高校青年教师师德建设面临着多重困境:人才选拔和评价忽视了师德建设,青年教师师德建设中的自律意识不高,青年教师的生存环境妨碍师德建设的最终落实。基于马斯洛需求层次理论和奥尔德弗ERG需求理论,坚持以人为本、需求导向,重构新时期高校青年教师师德建设的维度:制度完善、自我约束和环境建设。The virtues construction of college and university teachers is the key to initiating the teachers' enthusiasm and improving the staff quality and nurturing undergraduate and graduate talents that combine academic ability with political integrity that the national socialist modernization program is in need of.The virtues construction of young teachers in colleges and universities faces multiple obstacles in the new period.Firstly,in the selection and evaluation of talented faculty,teachers' virtues are ignored.Secondly,the self-discipline consciousness of young teachers in colleges and universities leaves much room for improvement.Thirdly,teachers' living environment baffles the implementation of teachers' virtues construction.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Alderfer's ERG theory,this paper will restructure the dimension of teachers' virtues construction of young faculty with the people-oriented and need-oriented principle,including system perfection,self-discipline and environment construction.Finally,the author will put forward some countermeasures for strengthening young college teachers' virtues construction in the new period.
