河南省农村小学数学青年教师教育科研现状调查分析

摘　　要：小学数学教师是小学数学教育工作中的主体力量,他们的教育科研水平直接关系到小学数学教育专业化的进程.农村小学数学青年教师的科研现状的特点有：有教育科研意愿,想得到教育科研和写作培训;科研缺乏主动意识,科研成果少;没有科研带头人,缺乏科研氛围;学校和上级主管单位支持教育科研的力度不够.应加强农村小学数学青年教师教育科研的培训和指导,注重农村小学数学科研带头人的培养,学校和上级主管单位应加大对教师教育科研的支持力度等.The mathematics teachers are the main strengths in mathematics education works in primary schools.The ability level in scientific research of mathematics teacher in primary schools related directly to the progress of their professionalization.Therefore,we used the questionnaire survey procedure,the discussion law and the statistical method and conducted the investigation and study to status in scientific research of mathematics teachers in primary schools in Henan province,in order to provide the corresponding basis on carrying out scientific research training for mathematics teachers.
