摘　　要：新生代农民工数量庞大,特点突出,整体素质和能力亟待提升,但现在针对他们进行的职业教育和培训不能很好满足他们的需要,这要求大力发展适合他们特点的教育模式。文章对新生代农民工的职业教育需求和现状进行了分析,认为构建现代远程职业教育模式是对他们进行有效教育的必然趋势。There has been a large amount of the new generation of migrant workers today,they have some outstanding characteristics but their overall quality and capability calls for improvement and the vocational education and training in accordance with them nowadays can not fit them well,so we must develop a kind of education model which can meet their demands.In this paper,the author analyses the status quo and the needs of the new generation of migrant workers and thinks it is an inevitable trend to build a modern distance vocational education model for them.
