高校教室资源管理模式改革探析——以泉州师范学院为例

摘　　要：合理配置、科学管理教室资源,是高校提高教学质量和办学效益的重要一环。因此,探析教室资源管理新模式势在必行。以泉州师范学院教室管理实践为例,在对教室资源及管理现状分析之后,提出教室资源管理模式的改革思路和优化配置的具体举措,努力做到科学化与人性化管理的有机融合。Reasonable configuration and scientific management of classroom resources is the important part for universities to improve the teaching quality and managerial benefit. So probing new mode of classroom resource management is imperative. Use Quanzhou Normal Unveisity as an example, this paper proposes the reform of classroom resources management and optimizes the allocation of specific initiatives, and strives to achieve scientific and humanization management of organic integration after an analysis of resource management status que.
