摘　　要：以提高独立学院多元化人才培养质量为目标,结合大连理工大学城市学院的教学实践,通过分析课程及学生的特点,从内容、形式及方法等方面探讨了独立学院的"通信原理"课程教学,以期找到在独立学院环境中电子信息工程专业高素质多元化人才的培养方法。Aiming at improving the quality of personnel training for the diverse goals,and combining the teaching practice of the city of Dalian university of technology,this paper discusses the contents and forms of the teaching of ＂communication principle＂ in independent college by analyzing the characteristics of the course and students,whose target is to find the approach for training high-quality and diversity personal of electronic and information engineering.
