摘　　要：随着国家产业结构调整与转型升级,行业特色型高职院校面临着新的机遇与挑战,必须在发展理念、路径选择、体制机制创新等方面做出战略调整,对接行业人才与技术需求,实现高职教育的"转型升级"。With the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the country, vocational colleges with industry characteristics are facing the new opportunities and challenges. It is imperative that stra-tegic adjustments be made in aspects like developing concept, route option and mechanism innovation, etc., and that industry talents and technical demand be linked so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational education.
