摘　　要：物理世界是客观存在，如其所是，它通过心理世界得以映现，而心理世界则通过语言得以外显。语言的说与不可说归根结底是人对物理世界认识上的说与不可说，这其中涉及情状类型，说话人以及实体的存在方式。因此，“可说”与“不可说”是一个由物理世界、心理世界和语言世界共同决定的系统。The physical world exists objectively as what it is, but it is put out in the mental world via the language world. The issue of ＂to say or not to say＂ in language world is an epistemic issue of human beings＇ mental world in recognizing the physical world. This involves the situation types, speaker and the existential mode of the entities in the world. Therefore, ＂to say or not to say＂ is a trio-system determined by physical world, mental world and language world.
