摘 要:"脱离源语语言外壳"自上世纪80年代由法国释意派提出后就不断遭到质疑与抨击,反对者多认为语言是意义的唯一载体,脱离了源语语言的意义将无从依附。然而,释意派对口译理论与教学的贡献却是不可否认的。本文试从认知心理学科的角度,在结合交替传译特点的基础上,通过剖析其源语理解和信息记忆这两个机制,从微观的层面上来论证"脱离源语语言外壳"在交传中的合理性,指出其存在的认知心理依据。Ever since its debut in the 1980s,the notion of "dever-balization",as was proposed in the Theory of Sense,has encountered constant doubts and criticisms.The proponents hold that meaning,after deverbalized from its original linguistic forms,can be based on nothing since language is the sole "carrier" for meaning.Nevertheless,this notion as well as the theory itself has made evident contribution to interpreting theory and pedagogy.Hence the significance of justifying this notion.This article attempts to find the cognitive and psychological basis for deverbalization based on an analysis of the features of consecutive interpreting,and through analyzing the mechanism of SL comprehension and information memorization.
