摘　　要：师生冲突常见于师范院校学生管理中,师生冲突极大地影响到学校正常的教学和管理秩序。造成师生冲突的原因与师生双方的观念冲突、社会角色、个性特点、心理素质、现实状况等有直接的关系。本文主要对师范院校学生管理中师生冲突的原因进行了分析,为预防和解决师生冲突提供思路和根据。Teachers and students is common in conflict management in college students,teachers and students to the school greatly influenced the conflict the normal teaching and management.Caused conflicts between teachers and students of both the causes and the concept of conflict,social roles,personality characteristics,psychological,reality has a direct relationship status.In this paper,the management of the Normal School stu-dents and students analyze the causes of conflict,conflict prev-ention and resolution to provide ideas and according to teachers and students.
