摘　　要：在高职院校毕业生的就业成本不断提高的背景下,通过有效路径降低高职院校毕业生就业成本十分必要。通过对高职院校毕业生就业服务成本的构成分析,认为解决高职院校就业服务高成本、低效益的问题,必须建立有效的绩效考核机制为前提,并通过减少盲目的招聘会、提升就业服务水平、提高人才培养工作水平和完善就业信息服务体系等途径,达到降低高职院校就业服务工作成本,提高就业服务工作效益的目的。With the increasing number of vocational graduates and the severer employment situation,the employment cost of higher vocational college graduates becomes increasingly higher,which arouses attentions of the society.Thus,it is important and necessary to bring forward useful strategies based on proper analysis on the high cost in employment service for vocational college graduates.The efficient performance measurement system is put forward in this paper and some measures are also discussed,such as reducing aimless job fairs,promoting employment information,and consequently reaching the aim of reducing the cost and improving the efficiency of employment service.
