摘　　要：高职院校辅导员是高职学生政治思想教育、日常管理工作的主要承担者,其作用越来越受到普遍的关注和重视,如何培养、管理辅导员,充分发挥辅导员作用已成为教育行政部门或学校管理者急需解决的问题。高职院校辅导员弹性管理是根据学校的发展实际和需要,依靠辅导员并为其主体性的发挥创造适宜条件,最终实现辅导员和学校的共同发展。弹性管理的本质体现为以人为本的管理理念、刚柔相济的管理制度、科学和人文相结合的管理方法以及辅导员和学校共同发展管理价值目标。Instructors are the education, daily management work, major undertaker of students＇ political and ideological whose functions are attracting more and more concern and attention, How to cultivate, manage counselors, and give full play to their education role have become problems to be solved for administrative departments or school administrators. The elastic management is based on the actual needs of the school development, and depended on counselors for its subjectivity to create a favorable conditions, in order to realize common development instructors and school; its essence lies in people-orientation, reason and unreason combination of management thinking mode, science and humanities combination management methods and common development management concepts of value.
