摘　　要：在民族危亡之时,维新派知识分子在文化教育领域提出了与他们的政治主张相适应的思想主张:开民智、图国强,舍旧学、兴西学,废科举、立学堂,形成了当时比较完整的教育思想体系。在教育目的、内容和制度上无不体现出高度重视实学的思想和实践,奠定了我国近代职业教育的理论基础,促进了我国近代职业教育法制的萌芽。As the engineers,evalators and planters of the thought history,bourgeois reformers proposed many valuable points in the time of national peril,such as openning people＇s wisdom and enhancing national power,abandoning old school and Setting up Western Schools,abolishing the imperial examination system and vigorously developing schools,and those formed relatively complete industrial education system of thought,laid the theoretical foundation of modern vocational education,promoted the seeds of modern vocational education law in our county.
