摘　　要：知识治理已成为开放式创新过程中架接微观知识活动与宏观涌现的桥梁。本研究基于Grounded Theory对开放式创新模式下知识治理的影响因素及其内在机理进行了探索性分析。通过文献分析和质性研究相结合的方法,本研究梳理了开放式创新模式下知识治理的四个维度(外部创新源的知识特性、知识活动主体因素、知识活动的外生情境、内生情境)及各个维度的影响因素,并描述了开放式创新模式下知识治理的"双元型内生式"作用机理。Knowledge governance has bridged the Micro-knowledge movement and Macro-emergence.Based on Grounded Theory,the paper explored the factor and mechanism of knowledge governance.By way of the literature analysis and qualitative research,the paper derived four dimensions of knowledge governance,such as knowledge property,knowledge activator,external and internal context of knowledge movement and discussed the factor of each dimension.
