摘　　要：高职教育能否培养出高技能人才,师资队伍是关键,"双师型"教师又是师资队伍的骨干。在高等职业教育蓬勃发展的今天,"双师"结构教学团队建设的程度如何,直接关系到高职高专院校教育教学质量,是决定高职高专院校能否实现可持续发展的关键因素。因此"双师"结构教学团队建设成为高等职业教育的重要课题之一。＂Double-competency＂ teacher is the key of training high-ability talents in higher vocational education.With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the team building of ＂double-competency＂ teachers is the critical factor of the sustainable development of higher vocational institutes.So team building of ＂double-competency＂ teachers becomes a significant subject.
