摘  要:采用白灵菇(Pleurotus nebrodensis)1号菌株进行工厂化袋栽试验。结果表明:配方4为白灵菇工厂化栽培最适培养料配方;适当提高白灵菇栽培袋装料量,可提高其相对产量;白灵菇子实体的生长发育主要靠培养基自身的含水量,一定的含水量是确保其高产优质的先决条件;小米粒菌种具有菌丝萌发速度快、菌丝强壮、接种方便的特点,可缩短生长周期,节约成本;后熟时间对白灵菇菌丝的生长以及菇蕾分化时间、产量和质量都具有重要影响。The strain No. 1 of Pleurotus nebrodensis was used in the commercial production .The fourth formula was the best and the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of Pleurotus nebrodensis in bag cultivation mode were valuated too. The ex- perimental results showed that the relative yield of Pleurotus nebrodensis could be improved by raising cultivating material in plastic bags appropriately. Growth and development of Pleurotus nebrodensis fruiting bodies mostly depended on water content of culture medium. Certain water content of culture medium was the prior condition of high quality. Millet grains spawn had the advantage of faster germination speed, stronger mycelia, more convenient in inoculating ,and could save cost. After mature periods had more differences in growth of mycelium, time of fruit body differentiation, yield and quality.
