摘　　要：教师的专业化发展对教师的综合技能培养提出了更高的要求。广西师范学院在教师教育综合训练中心的建设方面进行了探索与实践,包括整合多学科优质资源、发挥教师教育优势;创新实验教学理念、强化师范生"新三手"能力培养;借助先进信息技术、建成"未来教师空间站"的教师教育信息化创新平台等方面,有效促进了民族地区基础教育教师专业化发展。With the development of teachers＇ specialization,higher requirements are put forward for the training of teacher＇s comprehensive skills.The Teachers＇ Comprehensive Training Center of Guangxi Teachers Education University made an exploration and practice which effectively contributed to the teacher＇s specialization of basic education in minority areas.This article researches focus on the following aspects：（1） To integrate the multi-discipline resources,take advantages of teacher education;（2） To innovate the experimental teaching concept,strengthen the ＂new-three-technical＂ training of initial teachers;and（3） To build a modern information platform of prospective teacher training with the assistance of advanced information technology.
