民族高校教师体质调查结果分析

摘　　要：通过实地测试法和问卷调查法,详细了解部分高校教师的体质、体育人口等方面的情况。经统计分析,认为高校教师的体质水平较差,尤其是中青年教师的身体机能水平低于正常值,身体素质老年化现象严重,高校教师的体育人口较低。提高教师的体质水平,改善教师的健身环境和条件,须引起全社会的关注。Teacher of the nationalities university is a subject of our ethnic higher education,their constitution state influences the quality of our ethnic higher education directly.This paper which takes Dalian nationalities university as an example surveys the teacher＇s constitution state at the end of 2009,expecting to provide some guidance of pertinence for scientific fitness,enabling them to throw oneself into our ethnic higher education with healthy constitution.
