大学校园和谐师生关系的缺失及其回归

摘　　要：分析了大学师生关系疏远的原因,认为是由市场经济规则、大学"行政化"、教师自律精神缺失以及网络冲击等因素造成的。提出了教师要率先垂范、学校要为师生交往搭建平台、社会提供支持是和谐师生关系回归大学校园的有效途径。We analysed the causing of estrangement between teachers and students in campus,and think that the market economy,the University ＂executive＂ and lack of discipline within the university teachers,as well as the impact of the network are the main factors.Teachers should set an example,the school builds a platform for exchanges between teachers and students,community support are effective way to make a harmonious relationship between teachers and students return to campus.
