魔芋低聚糖对小鼠实验性高脂血症防治作用的研究

摘　　要：为研究魔芋低聚精对小鼠实验性高脂血症的降脂作用，采用灌胃法建立小鼠高脂血症模型及魔芋低聚精实验组，测定多项生化指标．结果表明魔芋低聚精可明显降低小鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平，而同时升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其与总胆固醇的比值．为魔芋低聚精防治高脂血症及动脉硬化等保健功能的开发提供了实验依据．To study the effect of konjac oligosaccharides on the experirntal hyperlipidemia model of mice, using injection of liquid into the stomach to set up the experimental hypidemia model, and to set up the experimental konjac oligosaccharides group, the biochemical criteria were deteed.The resul showed konac oligosaccharides siedcanil decrease the leveIs of cholesterol and triglyceride in serum,but incnae the level5 of high density lipoProtein and Ihe rate betWeen high density lipoprotein and total cholesterol in serum. The study provides an important basis for exploiting the health care of konac oligosaccharides on prenting and curing hperlipidenda and arteriosclerosis.
