摘　　要：本文从大学教师学术创新力的基础之一学术批判反思能力出发,探究提升大学教师学术创新力的策略。文章首先对大学教师的学术批判反思能力的概念、构成要素进行了解读,继而论述了学术批判反思能力对于提升大学教师学术创新力的意义,最后讨论了提升大学教师学术批判反思能力的策略。This article explores the strategies to promote university teachers＇ innovative ability. Firstly, the article makes clear the concept and composition factors of university teachers＇ abilities of academic critique and reflection, then it discusses the importance of promoting abilities of university teachers＇ academic critique and reflection to strengthen their creativity. Finally, it gives some suggestions on strategies to promote university faculties＇abilities of academic critique and reflection.
