摘　　要：通过对安徽省普通高校田径教学开展的现状进行调查,结果表明目前安徽省普通高校田径选项课正面临困境,文章结合阳光体育运动,阐述了田径课程教学在高校体育课中存在的重要性,并对普通高校田径选项课的可持续发展提出相应的对策与建议。An investigation into the current situation of track and field teaching in common colleges of Anhui Province indicates that optional track and field class in these colleges is facing difficulties. Based on the current situation, the paper elaborates on the importance of the track and field teaching in physical education, and accordingly proposes some suggestions on the sustainable development of the optional track and field class in common colleges.
