摘　　要：教师流动带来的后果有利有弊,英国是教师流动之弊大于之利的典型国家,研究英国教师流动,揭示英国过度教师流动造成的主要危害,介绍近期英国除弊兴利的主要对策,并借鉴英国经验,启示我们构建我国教师流的机制。There are both advantages and disadvantages with teacher turnover.Britain is a typical country that teacher turnover results more problems than benifites.This paper reveals the major problems from overrate teacher turnover of Britain and introduces some main policies that the United Kingdom recently implemented.Through analysing the British experience and comparing,this paper comes up with some advices to China＇s teacher turnover.
