创新大学生职业指导课程教学的思考

摘　　要：大学生职业指导课程教学对帮助大学生就业起到了积极的指导和促进作用,但当前大学生职业指导课程教学存在着一些不足,主要表现在教学内容不系统、教学案例缺乏、教学队伍不稳定、教学效果评估与反馈机制不健全、教学工具不到位等方面。要推动大学生就业指导工作,就必须重视以上几个方面的问题,认真搞好大学生职业指导课程教学改革并充分发挥它的实效性,不断完善大学生职业指导体系中的课程教学环节。Teaching students career guidance to help students employment has played a positive role in guiding and promoting,however,currently there are a number of shortcomings in curriculum teaching,mainly in the teaching content is not the system,lack of teaching cases,instability of the teaching force,teaching effectiveness evaluation and feedback mechanism is not perfect,teaching tools are not in place and so on.If we want to do well,we must pay attention to these aspects of the above,do a good job in curriculum teaching reform and give full play to its effectiveness,and constantly improve the curriculum teaching.
