摘　　要：研究了超声波辅助提取马齿苋生物碱的最佳工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应面研究乙醇浓度、料液比、超声波作用时间和回流时间对生物碱得率的影响。经过优化后的最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为95%,料液比为1∶10(g/mL),超声波作用时间为15min,回流时间为1h。The extraction process of total alkaloids from Portulaca oleracea L by the ultrasonic extraction was studied.Based on single factor test, response surface methodology（RSM） was used to study effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and ultrasonic extraction time on extraction rate of total alkaloids. The best extraction conditions were determined as below： ethanol concentration 95%, ratio of the material-liquid 1 ： 1 0 （ g/mL）, ultrasonic extraction time ! 5 rain, extraction time t h.
