摘  要:采用醇提法从莲子心中提取莲心总碱,考察乙醇浓度、体积和提取时间对回流提取率的影响,并经正交实验确定了该法提取的最佳工艺条件:采用90%乙醇回流提取两次,固液比1∶10,提取时间分别为60、45min,得到总生物碱量为87.28mg/g。对获得的莲心总碱以微分脉冲伏安法测试其氧化还原性能,研究它对羟基自由基的清除能力:在0~0.5V区间内,峰电位Ep在0.27V有氧化和还原峰,峰电流随莲心总碱浓度的增大呈线性变化;当浓度达到1.0mg/mL时,对羟自由基(·OH)的清除率接近90%。Ethanol was chosen to extract the alkaloids from embryo of the seed of nelumbo nucifera gaertn.Through the investigation of influences of ethanol concentration, volume, circumfluence extraction time, an appropriate process was selected by orthogonal test. It was obtained that better route of circumfluence extraction was.- extracting twice by 90% ethanol which use ratio 1:10 of material quality and ethanol volume,and extracting 60min for the first time,and extracting 45min for the second time.Oxidation-deoxidization for the obtained total alkaloids from embryo of the seed of nelumbo nucifera gaertn was tested by differential pulse voltammetry,and scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical was studied. During 0-0.5V, it was found that the redox peaks current at 0.27V increase with concentration of the total alkaloids.When the total alkaloids concentration was 1.0mg/mL,the ratio of scavenging on OH· was up to 90%.
