摘 要:采用GB/T 5009.168—2003、GB/T 17377—2008、AOCS Official Method Ce lb-89 3种不同方法对海藻油和DHA食用调和油中的DHA进行定量测定比较。结果表明,对于DHA含量较高的海藻油,3种方法均能检测出其中的DHA含量,而对于DHA含量较低的DHA食用调和油,GB/T5009.168—2003方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,重复性好,并且采用外标测定法,相对比较简单易操作,能较好地满足食用调和油中低含量的DHA的检测需求,优于其他两种方法。Three different methods ( GB/T 5009. 168--2003, GB/T 17377--2008, AOCS Official Method Ce l b -89 )were employed to quantitatively determine DHA in algae oil and blend oil. The results showed that the DHA in algae oil could be measured by the three methods because of its higher content of DHA, but the DHA in blend oil containing lower DHA could be only measured by GB/T 5009. 168-- 2003. The method of GB/T 5009. 168--2003 had many advantages such as accurate and reliable,high sensitivity, good repeatability, simple operation for the use of external standard method. The method of GB/T 5009.168--2003 could satisfy the demand to detect lower content of DHA in blend oil.
