摘 要:自由是教学活动本身的内在要求,是教学活动在逻辑上和实践上之所以能够成立或发生的必要条件。真正的教学活动是应该建立在教师自由、自觉的基础之上的。教学自由是教师内心自由和行动自由的统一。教师要实现内心自由,一方面,需要克制内心私欲的膨胀,展现对德性的追求,表现出理智的诚实;另一方面,还需要借助知识,获得思想的解放。当然,如果教学自由不能投射到教学活动和体现在教学行为中,而仅仅停留于内心层面,这种自由只是一种萎缩的自由。教师要实现真正的教学自由,必须敢于担当教学责任,鼓起坚定的教学勇气,大胆张扬自己的教学个性,并把自己的思想展现在教学行为和教学活动中。Freedom is the inherent requirement of teaching activities, and it is a necessary condition to ensure the occurrence of teaching activities in a logical and practical way. Real teaching activities should be based on teachers' freedom and consciousness. Teaching freedom is the unity of the inner freedom and the freedom of action. To gain the inner freedom, on the one hand, teachers must overcome the expansion of their inner desires, pursue virtues and show the intellectual honesty; on the other hand, they need to emancipate their minds by the use of knowledge. Of course, the freedom is atrophic if it only exists in teachers' inner hearts instead of reflecting itself in the teaching activities. To realize the real teaching freedom, teachers must dare to take their responsibilities, pluck their teaching courage, expose their personalities bravely and put their thoughts into their teaching behaviors and teaching activities.
